You can update your account's payment method safely in your self-service portal! Here's a step-by-step process for how to do so:
- Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
- Go to the Address & payment details tab and click Manage payment methods.
- Select Add payment method and fill out the form on the right-hand side with the new billing information. Click Add payment method to save.
Note: You can apply your new payment method to all of your subscriptions!
If you have multiple saved payment methods, each one will display its respective subscription(s). If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure their payment methods are all up-to-date!
