How can I change my payment method?

For security reasons, we are unable to access customers' private billing information. However,

with the launch of our new website, we have added self-service portals!

Here's how you can edit your billing information:
 

1. This link will take you to your personal subscription portal!
2. Once you are signed in, the page you should see is your personal portal.
3. Select "Payment Methods" at the top of the page.
4. Select the payment method you would like to update and click "edit".
5. A side window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. 
6. Click "Send Update Email"
7. You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your info.
