For security reasons, we are unable to access customers' private billing information. However,
with the launch of our new website, we have added self-service portals!
Here's how you can edit your billing information:
- This link will take you to your personal subscription portal!
- Once you are signed in, the page you should see is your personal portal.
- Select "Payment Methods" at the top of the page.
- Select the payment method you would like to update and click "edit".
- A side window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
- Click "Send Update Email"
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your info.
