How can I change my payment method?

You can update your account's payment method safely in your self-service portal! Here's a step-by-step process for how to do so:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. Go to the Payment Methods tab and click Edit on the one you're updating.
3. Fill out the form on the right-hand side with the new billing information and click Update Card.

If you have multiple saved payment methods, each one will display its respective subscription(s). If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure their payment methods are all up-to-date!
