I need to update my account's email address

If you need to update the email address for your account, just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. Go to the Address & payment details tab and select Edit your details. 
3. Enter your new email and select Save Changes.

If you're unable to access your account, please contact Support! We'd be happy to help you update it.
