I need to update my account's email address

If you need to update the email address for your account, just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab and select Manage Subscription. It does not matter which one you pick.
3. Click Email Address on the left-hand side, enter your new email, and click Update.
