How can I skip my next upcoming subscription refill?

Skipping an upcoming shipment will delay the refill by the subscription's monthly frequency. If you'd like to skip your next shipment but keep the subscription active, just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. Under the View your next order tab, you will see Your Next Order.
3. Click Skip underneath the next order date.
