Can I add one-time purchases to a subscription refill?

Yes, you can add extra items to a refill order without having to start an additional subscription! Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. In the Subscriptions tab, click Add a Product.
3. Select the product you want and click One-Time.
4. Click Add Product. The one-time addition can be managed as needed in the Delivery Schedule tab.

The Shipment date will default to the date of your next upcoming refill, but you have the option to change this if needed.
