Can I swap an item on my subscription?

If you’d like to swap the item for a subscription, you can do so in your self-service portal. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. Go to the Manage Subscriptions tab, and select Swap this for a different product on the one you want to edit.
3. Click Swap on the product you would like to switch to on the next page.
4. Adjust the Product options to your preferences and then click Swap Product.
