Can I swap an item on my subscription?

If you’d like to swap an item on your order, you can do so in your self-service portal. Below are the steps to swap an item in your next shipment:

1. Go HERE to your self-service portal enter the email associated with your subscription and click Send login code.
2. You'll receive an email from us containing a code that expires in 4 minutes. 
3. Enter the four-digit code from your email back in the Jeremy's Razors login page.
4. Navigate to the subscriptions page, and select Manage on the item you want to swap.
5. Click on the product on the left side of the page.
6. Select swap product on the pop-up to swap for the product you want.
