Can I swap an item on my subscription?

If you’d like to swap the item for a subscription, you can do so in your self-service portal. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab, and select Manage Subscription on the one you want to edit.
3. Click on the subscription's current product on the left side of the page.
4. Select Swap Product on the pop-up to swap for the product you want.
