If you want to update a subscription's shipping address, you can do so through your self-service portal. Just follow these steps:
- Go to your Self Service portal. If you don't know how to, refer to this article: How do I access my Self-Service Portal?
- Go to the Address & payment details tab and click Manage addresses.
- Click Edit next to the address you would like to change. Fill out the form with the new address and click Save Changes.
Note: Any subscriptions with the edited address will be updated. You can also select USE THIS ADDRESS FOR ALL MY PRODUCTS if you would like to update all of your existing subscriptions.
If an order has already been placed, please submit a support request. We will be able to take a more in-depth look at the specific order.
