If your package tracking information is showing delivered but you still can’t locate it, here are a few things we can suggest:
- Check around your property – sometimes delivery workers will try to place your package in a place that is not visible to passers-by
- Ask friends, family, or neighbors if they received your package by mistake
- Verify the address on your order and confirm that there were no typos or mistakes
- If your package went to an outdated address by mistake, check to see if you are able to retrieve the package from your old address
- Reach out to the carrier to make a claim if you believe the package was not delivered properly to your correct address
