We're so excited about the launch of our new site that includes online accounts! If you're experiencing issues accessing your account it's possible you have a Jeremy's Razors subscription but might not have an online account yet. Here's how to fix that:
- Go to https://www.jeremysrazors.com/account/register
- Create an account using the same email address you used for your initial purchase
- You'll get an activation email from us. Just click the button in that email that says "activate your account".
That's it! you should have an online account that automatically gets connected behind the scenes to your subscription! From there you can make any changes to your account or subscription. You can log into your account anytime by clicking the person ()icon in the top right corner of the site.
